The short version of the rules.

The license

When you buy Dolly you get a personal license to use the version you bought, and every update we release, on up to three Macs you use. The free version may be used for anything, including work.

Your videos

Everything you record with Dolly is yours. We claim no rights to it and never see it.

Payments and refunds

Payments go through Stripe. Pro renews each month or year until you cancel it; it then stops at the end of the period you paid for. Lifetime is a one-time payment. You can ask for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.

No warranty

Dolly is provided as is. We work hard to make it reliable, but we can't be liable for lost recordings or other damages beyond what you paid, except where the law says otherwise.

Fair use

Don't share license keys publicly or resell them, and don't use Dolly to record people or content without the right to do so.
